GLOBAL DAY
Our third annual Global Day took place in September, 2010. Many thanks to all who participated in sponsored events to support Global Compassion. We raised a frand total of £12000 for our various projects! That represents the best Global Day fund raising effort ever. Well done everyone who swam, ran, cycled, etc.

Look out for details of our next Global Day and think about what you could do to raise some much needed money to help those in need. Here are a few suggestions that our supporters have used in the past.

EVENTS
Organise fun event such as a concert, tea party, dinner, competition, quiz night or treasure hunt and charge entry or take up a collection.

SPONSORSHIP
Decide what to do - running, walking, swimming, paddling, climbing, shaving off hair/beard, staying quiet and get sponsors!

MAKE & SELL
Make something - jewellry, cards, cakes - anything you can think of, sell them and give your profits to Global Compassion. Alternatively have a clear out and go to a car boot sale or sell on ebay..
